This is a delightful residential cottage or as is locally called a residential Simba, built to transition the owner from living within their parent’s house to their own compound. The brief included the need to build a cozy but well-designed unit in a very tight lot of land. We designed for a straight stair design over the lounge and kitchen leading to 2 ensuite rooms and a shared balcony over-looking the Kendu Bay of the Lake Victoria. Project is under Construction.
