We designed this villa on one of the most iconic sloping sites at Tatu City’s Kijani Ridge Estate. We designed for a hidden floor and a roof level, decisions which saw us barely get planning permission from Tatu City Development Committee, as the Construction Manual only accepts 2 floors. The slope turned out to be a huge advantage to the clients as we got extra facilities tucked under the main house floor. The contemporary house has free flowing spaces, double volume living area and large picturesque windows that look out over the Main Kijani Ridge access road. Project was completed in 2022.
