This project has been designed within The Shamba Estate, second row to the creek in Mtwapa. Project is a minimalist scheme with a clean design look, white colour contrasted with natural colours to keep the mood light and warm. The Project has a double volume lounge, open kitchen design, an entertainment lounge overlooking the swimming pool and garden and rooftop gym and sitting terrace. Project has achieved approvals and construction slated to start in January 2024.
