This is a Minimalist villa in Kitengela designed with5 bedrooms a gym a home office and a rooftop entertainment area. Large windows and sliding doors open into a covered terrace at two levels and ultimately to a rear garden with sheltered views to the eastern bound tracks of both the lunatic express and the SGR. Green features incorporated include design for cross ventilation, exaggerated ceiling heights, Mass walls, and solar heating and lighting. A grade A German-made biodigester is incorporated to recycle water, a scarce resource in Kitengela. The project is under construction.
