The Courtyard House in Karen, is a unique project set in a master-planned family estate with 5No. units. The house has a central focus on the courtyard, with the main areas looking into the courtyard which creates internally focuses views but also lights up the deep interiors and gives the spaces great cross ventilation. The house has an office off the main entrance , a guest unit and a living room and dining spaces offset from the main entry spine. The top level has a large main bedroom, two ensuite rooms and a library. Project is currently under construction.
