The house in Redhill overlooks a lush forest on one side a flower farm on the other and views to Westlands CBD skyline. It is designed with a marked modern mediterranean feel complete with archetypal round windows and fountains. The gardens with an old Avocado tree played a pivotal role in the design, leaving it with a moniker, ‘ The garden with a house’. It has 4 main suites and 2 further separated guest suites at the flower farm end. The project is awaiting planning approvals.
