Mang’u High School has long held a unique position, the only public high school in Kenya offering Aviation Studies. Consequently, over 70% of the Pilots at Kenya airways are alumni of the school! Kenya Airways donated a Boeing 737-300 to the school, a big feat and a first anywhere in the world for a high school town such a large plane. As our Founder is an alumnus of the School and an Avid aviator himself, we were commissioned to design the hangar that will host the Plane and the Aviation programme at the school, via the auspices of the Mang’u Old Boys Association, in partnership with Kenya Commercial Bank and Crown Paints. The Project has broken ground and is under construction.
