This massive industrial complex on 5No. acres was completed in 2022. The project comprises 20 No. Warehousing and office units for rent, to exploit the Gazettement of Tatu city SEZ status. The Tatu City SEZ, has tax incentives and exemptions for industrial setups. The client saw the need to provide smaller sized warehousing units for growing SMEs within the industrial side of Tatu City in Ruiru, Kiambu County. Each Warehouse comes with an office on mezzanine level and a front and rear access. Project was designed to host a solar farm on the extensive roof area and boasts an internal generation of almost 0.5MW of electricity.
