Set in the Plains of Kitengela Acacia, the project sits in the Celebration Gardens Estate by Optiven, some 7 kilometers from the Nairobi to Namanga Highway. The project is designed as a family house with a flat roof design, with minimalist ideology. It is only the second unit to be built in the estate, and aims to be a trailblazer and trendsetter, for the rest of the units at the estate. The project is under construction.
