Designed to be a holiday resort a few kilometers outside Kakamega town, the project consists of 4No. Units, a main house and 3 No. Chalets, all 3 bedroomed. The site slopes down to the river and provides for a split-level arrangement of the units and the spaces, with the entertainment and swimming area at the bottom of the arrangement. The edge of the property has a landscaped slope leading to a riverine clearing, where a nyama choma mound will be created or guests. The project is awaiting planning approvals
